Am I getting the train pictured on your website?

Absolutely! This is our very own trademark design that is unique to our company.

What are your office hours?

We are open Monday through Sunday from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. pacific standard time.

What are your prices?

Our trackless train rental cost starts at $375 for one hour and $225 for each additional hour (prices may vary during holidays).
In some zip codes within our delivery area, a gas surcharge may apply. Check our “book a train” page to check availability and the exact price for your event location.

What is included in my rental fee?

We will arrive with sufficient time to allow us to assemble the trackless train and be ready for your guests at the scheduled time. The train conductor is also included in the rental fee.

What areas do you deliver to?

We currently deliver to Orange County, some areas of Los Angeles County, and the Inland Empire. You can check if we deliver to your area by clicking on the “book a train” page.

What Type of Events is The Mini Express Suited For?

The Mini Express is not just a birthday party train. It can be used for festivals, corporate events, company picnics, business promotions, grand openings, family reunions, etc. We can do it all!

Do you require a deposit?

Yes, we require a $100 deposit. You can make a payment by calling our office or contacting us online.

What is your cancellation policy?

The security deposit will be refunded within fourteen (14) days of cancellation if: 1) a cancellation request is made in writing at least fourteen (14) days before the date and time of the event, or 2) the event for which the Train was reserved is rained out.  Renter acknowledges that the security deposit will be forfeited if the reservation is canceled within 14 days before the reservation event date.

Can Adults Ride Too?

Yes! The Mini Express is designed to hold 18 kids or 12 adults at one time.

Can You Operate the Mini Express at Parks?

Yes. Public or neighborhood parks are great places to have our trackless train rentals. You must check with your city’s recreation department to see if it’s allowed. Most city parks will require proof of insurance from us. We will be sure to provide that if necessary. We recommend you book your reservation at least 45 days in advance.

Do You Have Insurance?

Yes, we carry a $2,000,000 liability insurance policy.

What Type of Surface is Required to Operate The Mini Express?

The best surface to use is asphalt or cement. We will NOT run The Mini Express on muddy surfaces or hilly terrain (no exceptions).

How Far In Advance Do I Need to Make The Reservation?

We recommend that you book your event at least 45 days in advance. Due to the popularity of our exclusive design, The Mini Express is usually booked out 30 days in advance.

What Time Frames Do You Offer For The Mini Express?

During Winter and Spring, there are four-time frames for you to choose from:

  • Saturday & Sunday:
    • 10 a.m. – 11 a.m.

    • 12 p.m. – 1 p.m.

    • 2 p.m. – 3 p.m.

    • 4 p.m. – 5 p.m.

During Summer and Fall, there are five time frames for you to choose from:

  • Saturday & Sunday:

    • 10 a.m. – 11 a.m.

    • 12 p.m. – 1 p.m.

    • 2 p.m. – 3 p.m.

    • 4 p.m. – 5 p.m.

    • 6 p.m. – 7 p.m.
